Refund Policy of CMTV MOUNTING 

Effective as of March 14, 2025 

1. Payment Terms

Payment for our TV mounting services is due upon completion of the installation. Our technicians will conduct a thorough review of the installation with you to ensure your satisfaction before they leave the premises.

2. No Refunds

Once payment is made and our technicians have left your premises, no refunds will be available. We encourage all clients to carefully inspect and approve the installation before our team departs.

3. Service Issues

If you identify any issues with the installation after our team has left, please notify us immediately. Although refunds are not provided, we are committed to correcting any problems related to the installation.

4. Correction of Services and Follow-Up

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Should any issues arise with your installation, notify us within 24 hours, and we will schedule a follow-up visit to resolve the issues within 7 days of the original service date.
